Woogie' s Work Shop Closed for a Day

Finally got to have a weekend away from the shop.  So it was about time to get Maki our trusted 4man canoe back out onto the water.  We have found a new place to launch from so Early Saturday morning we heading up to the beach to get a park.  Dropped the Canoes off and heading to Crossfit Noosa for training then back out to the beach to get some waves.

 The Beach was short lived on Saturday due to a massive storm heading up the coast so we plan to do more dawn patrols to miss the crowds and get car parks.

Ocean Play Ground

 Long weekend is always good for a fun work out.  One session on and big classes helps to add to the excitement of working out on a public holiday.  We mixed it up with a Partner WOD with one of the bench mark workouts - Helen.  Everyone was really excited about running in the 33 degree heat we had!!

One of the best things about living on the coast and working so close to home is being able to cool off after a tuff session in the ocean.  We had the pleasure of some of the biggest heavy weights in the ocean -  Humpback Whales.  I must say I am always excited to see the natural beauty of these manuals but when you get to see them every day you do that it for granted.
