Crossfit Noosa Rower Challenge

The Rower Challenge is up at the gym.  A few basic rules to start with then we were all into it.

2 weeks to find your Max Distance
10 Stroke
minimum stroke rate 25
You can set the tension


Woogie on the rower with Tyler & Phil watching with interest......

Big rig Phil giving it a good crack - did I say there is alot of smack talking going on......

Just waiting for the Man Mountain Geoff to give it a go......  Tonight will be interesting
